Comment bien choisir son couteau \u00e0 sushi et comment l&#8217;utiliser ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>QUELLE UTILISATION ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le&nbsp;<strong>Couteau \u00e0 sushis et sashimis<\/strong> (aussi appel\u00e9 &#8220;Yanagiba&#8221;) est un <strong>couteau japonais<\/strong> alliant souplesse et rigidit\u00e9. Ce type de couteau est id\u00e9al pour la d\u00e9coupe de sushis et filets de poisson crus en fines tranches. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa lame longue et aff\u00fbt\u00e9e, il offre aussi une <strong>coupe net<\/strong><strong style=\"font-size: 14px;\">te et pr\u00e9cise<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"> des l\u00e9gumes, sashimis et makis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La manipulation de ce couteau est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diff\u00e9rente des autres couteaux traditionnels. En effet, il ne faut pas couper en poussant mais en tirant la lame vers soi en un seul mouvement.
