Aujourd&#8217;hui, il est accompagn\u00e9 de&nbsp;son petit-fils <strong>Hugo<\/strong> <strong>LAFAYE, <\/strong>qui&nbsp;. Ensemble, ils ont fait le pari d&#8217;ouvrir ce <strong>nouveau restaurant familial<\/strong> il y a maintenant un peu plus d&#8217;un mois, le <strong>Restaurant<\/strong> <strong>Variations<\/strong> situ\u00e9 au <strong>15 rue Trousseau \u00e0 Paris 11\u00b0.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pierre<\/strong> <strong>TONDETTA<\/strong> transmet sa <strong>passion<\/strong> et son <strong>go\u00fbt pour l&#8217;exactitude des r\u00e9alisations<\/strong> \u00e0 son petit-fils <strong>Hugo<\/strong> afin de ravir les gourmets qui franchissent la porte de leur restaurant. Dans un <strong>d\u00e9cor authentique et chaleureux<\/strong>, <strong>Pierre<\/strong> et <strong>Hugo<\/strong> concoctent de <strong>d\u00e9licieux plats gastronomiques, typiquement fran\u00e7ais.<\/strong> Chaque semaine, ce <strong>duo de choc<\/strong> \u00e9labore de <strong>nouvelles recettes<\/strong> toujours plus <strong>gourmandes<\/strong> pour compl\u00e9ter leur menu.
