Vous \u00eates \u00e0 court d\u2019id\u00e9es pour concocter de petits plats chauds et r\u00e9confortants ? \u00c7a tombe bien, Fourniresto vous propose un Menu d\u2019Automne qui r\u00e9chauffera vos papilles \u00e0 coup s\u00fbr !<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Comme on le sait tous, la soupe c\u2019est LE plat de l\u2019automne par excellence ! Que diriez-vous d\u2019un petit <strong>velout\u00e9 de champignons \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me<\/strong> pour d\u00e9buter votre repas ? C\u2019est l\u2019id\u00e9al pendant cette saison o\u00f9 l\u2019on trouve \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de champignons en for\u00eat\u2026 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Ingr\u00e9dients pour 4 personnes :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">200g de c\u00e8pes<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">200g de champignons de votre choix (girolles, trompettes, champignons de paris\u2026)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">200g de pommes de terre<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">1 \u00e9chalote<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">30g de beurre<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">1 cube de bouillon volaille<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de cerfeuil<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Sel, poivre et muscade<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span class=\"s1\">Comment pr\u00e9parer le velout\u00e9 de champignons \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me ?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Lavez tous les champignons et s\u00e9chez-les avec du papier absorbant. Vous pouvez ensuite couper le bout de leurs pieds puis couper les champignons en petits morceaux \u00e0 l\u2019aide de votre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fourniresto.com\/834-couteaux-pro\"><strong>couteau de cuisine professionnel<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Pelez les pommes de terre, rincez-les et coupez-les en petits d\u00e9s. De m\u00eame, pelez et hachez l\u2019\u00e9chalote.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Pr\u00e9parez le bouillon dans un volume de 30 cl d\u2019eau et ajoutez le cube de bouillon de volaille.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Dans une casserole, faites fondre le beurre avec une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Une fois que le m\u00e9lange mousse, ajoutez et faites revenir l\u2019\u00e9chalote et les champignons \u00e0 feu doux pendant 5 minutes<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Ajoutez le bouillon de volaille et les d\u00e9s de pommes de terre dans la casserole. Assaisonnez avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel, de poivre et de muscade. Vous pouvez laisser mijoter pendant 20 minutes \u00e0 feu doux<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Lavez et effeuillez le cerfeuil. Une fois les champignons et pommes de terre cuits, mixez-les finement avec le bouillon et le cerfeuil<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Munissez-vous de votre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fourniresto.com\/8754-soupiere-economic-9-l.html\"><strong>soupi\u00e8re professionnelle<\/strong><\/a> et versez-y l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 du m\u00e9lange. Ce plat est une recette authentique parfaite pour se r\u00e9chauffer, surtout pendant cette p\u00e9riode de temp\u00e9ratures fra\u00eeches\u2026 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">1kg de paleron de boeuf<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">1,5kg de carottes<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">250g d\u2019\u00e9chalotes<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">50g de beurre<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">75cl de vin rouge<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">1 gros pot de tomates pel\u00e9es<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">1 bouquet garni<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Sel, poivre<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Une daube de boeuf \u00e0 l\u2019ancienne, comment faire ?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">A l\u2019aide de votre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fourniresto.com\/794-couteaux-a-decouper\"><strong>couteau professionnel<\/strong><\/a>, coupez la viande en cubes<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Epluchez les carottes et lavez-les. Faites de m\u00eame avec les \u00e9chalotes.
