Leur projet consiste \u00e0 grouper ensemble gastronomie et culture. De cette volont\u00e9 est donc n\u00e9 un &#8220;espace hybride&#8221; regroupant restaurant, lieu d&#8217;exposition et concept store, implant\u00e9 \u00e0 Saint-Jean-de-Luz.<\/p>\n<p>Gloria REIKO PEDEMONTE f\u00fbt pendant longtemps aux commandes d&#8217;un label musical ind\u00e9pendant avant de s&#8217;installer \u00e0 Gu\u00e9thary. Quand \u00e0 Lena, la restauration est son univers, avant&nbsp;de se consacrer totalement \u00e0 leur projet, elle poss\u00e9dait trois \u00e9tablissements \u00e0 Paris.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la fois salon de th\u00e9 et restaurant, les plats propos\u00e9s sont les fruits d&#8217;un m\u00e9lange entre produits locaux (piment d&#8217;Espelette, g\u00e2teau basque, &#8230;) et produits issus de la culture japonaise (nouilles, cake matcha, sak\u00e9 ou encore patxaran). Chaque ann\u00e9e (\u00e0 deux reprises), des artistes sont re\u00e7us et h\u00e9berg\u00e9s. C&#8217;est notamment le cas de Natsuko Uchino qui est c\u00e9ramiste et artiste.
