Versez ensuite dans un r\u00e9cipient 10 cl d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, le jus de citron, les \u00e9pices, la cardamome, la cannelle, le sel et le poivre et m\u00e9langez. Ajoutez-y l&#8217;ail et les tomates. Impr\u00e9gnez la viande de ce m\u00e9lange puis couvrez-la avant de la mettre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 2 heures.<\/li>\n<li>Faites cuire la viande environ 40 minutes jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elle dore l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/li>\n<li>Par ailleurs, pr\u00e9parez la sauce : versez le fromage blanc ou le yaourt Grec dans un bol et m\u00e9langez le avec le jus de citron, l&#8217;ail, le persil, le sel et le poivre (dosez selon vos envies).<\/li>\n<li>Coupez ensuite les tomates, l&#8217;oignon, le reste de persil et la menthe que vous disposerez dans un bol \u00e0 part. M\u00e9langez bien le tout et ajoutez-y la salade.<\/li>\n<li>Enfin, posez les cr\u00eapes \u00e0 plat ou placer le pain Pita sur les assiettes pour y disposer les ingr\u00e9dients. Tartinez d&#8217;abord le fond avec une couche de sauce blanche et ajoutez petit \u00e0 petit les morceaux de tomates, d&#8217;oignons et de laitues.
