R\u00e9servez-les dans un r\u00e9cipient d&#8217;eau froide pour les refroidir, puis placez-les sur du papier absorbant pour les s\u00e9cher.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">2. En attendant, faites cuire les pommes de terre \u00e0 la vapeur&nbsp;puis coupez-les en deux.<br \/>\n3. D\u00e9coupez finement&nbsp;les oignons nouveaux et effeuiller les pleurotes&nbsp;puis cuisez-les&nbsp;\u00e0 l&#8217;aide de la plancha bien chaude.&nbsp;Apr\u00e8s 5 minutes, retirez-les pour mettre les pommes de terre en r\u00e9duisant la temp\u00e9rature et en les remuant&nbsp;r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement durant 20 minutes, elles seront confites.&nbsp;Rajoutez-y les champignons et les oignons nouveaux.<br \/>\n4. Portez la sauce soja et le miel \u00e0 \u00e9bullition dans une casserole pendant 2 minutes.<br \/>\n5.
