Il \u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 invent\u00e9 par un Fran\u00e7ais ( h\u00e9 oui! ) et nous vous donnons ici une recette qui donne de bons r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alors \u00e9patez vos amis ou vos clients et restez \u00e0 la page en r\u00e9alisant ces fameux Cronut<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients pour une douzaine de Cronut:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Pour la p\u00e2te :<\/b><br \/>\n190ml de lait ti\u00e8de<br \/>\n1 c.\u00e0.s de levure chimique<br \/>\n70g de sucre<br \/>\n2 oeufs<br \/>\n1 c.\u00e0.c d\u2019ar\u00f4me de vanille<br \/>\n450g de farine<br \/>\n1 c.\u00e0.c de sel<br \/>\n230g de beurre ramolli<\/p>\n<p><b>Pour le gla\u00e7age<\/b><br \/>\n100g de sucre glace<br \/>\n3 s.\u00e0.s de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable<br \/>\n2 c.\u00e0.s de lait<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1)Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer le lait et la levure. Incorporer le sucre, les oeufs et la vanille et bien m\u00e9langer. Ajouter 130g de farine et le sel, puis ajouter peu \u00e0 peu encore 300g de farine, en remuant, puis p\u00e9trir pendant quelques minutes&nbsp; jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit lisse et \u00e9lastique mais encore un peu collante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2)Mettez votre p\u00e2te sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie ( ou sur un plat \u00e0 gratin!) et couvrir avec du film \u00e9tirable; et hop au<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fourniresto.com\/347-armoire-refrigeree-positive\"> r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur<\/a> pendant 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3)Pendant ce temps, battre le beurre et la farine restante ( environ 30g) avec un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fourniresto.com\/85-batteur-melangeur\">batteur \u00e9lectrique<\/a> pendant quelques minutes, en raclant bien les parois du bol, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une consistance lisse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4)Lorsque la p\u00e2te a refroidi, mettez-la sur une surface l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9e et \u00e9talez en un rectangle d&#8217;environ 30 par 40cm et 2cm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur. Etaler le&nbsp; m\u00e9lange beurre\/farine uniform\u00e9ment sur la p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5)Pliez la p\u00e2te \u00e0 <strong>Cronut<\/strong> comme si vous vouliez plier une lettre en 3 et \u00e9crasez la avec votre rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie. De nouveau, couvrir la p\u00e2te dans une pellicule plastique et le mettre dans le r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Sortez la p\u00e2tes et repliez la encore en trois et de nouveau utilisez votre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fourniresto.com\/12737-rouleau-patissier-hetre.html\">rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9p\u00e9tez cette op\u00e9ration 3 fois ( A la fa\u00e7on d\u2019une p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li>Ensuite, faites un rouleau avec cette pate et faites en des des tranches<\/li>\n<li>Avec un emporte pi\u00e8ce, faites un trou au milieu<\/li>\n<li>Plongez vos <strong>cronut<\/strong> dans une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fourniresto.com\/108-friteuse-professionnelle-a-poser\">friteuse<\/a> \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de 170\u00b0C jusqu\u2019a ce que vos <strong>cronut<\/strong> soient bien dor\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Enfin, glacez vos cronut lorsqu\u2019ils ont refroidis<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bonne d\u00e9gustation !!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Voici la recette du fameux Cronut Le cronut est un petit gateau \u00e0 mi chemin entre un croissant et un doghnut qui fait fureur en ce moment aux USA.
