1 poivron vert<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">250 g de petits pois<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 kg de moules<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">huile d&#8217;olive<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">300 \u00e0 400 g de riz sp\u00e9cial pa\u00eblla ou riz long grain<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">12 langoustines<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">12 crevettes<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">200 g de calamars nettoy\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">150 g de chorizo<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2 \u00e0 3 dosettes de safran<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">sel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">poivre<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">3 citrons<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Pr\u00e9paration de la recette :<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pr\u00e9parer une grande casserole d&#8217;eau bouillante avec 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sel, du poivre moulin\u00e9 et les&nbsp;dosettes de safran&nbsp;qui vous servira de bouillon.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dans la Pa\u00ebllera (grand po\u00eale large et \u00e9paisse sp\u00e9ciale pour faire la pa\u00eblla), verser l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive froide et mettre les calamars, laisser les revenir puis ajouter les viandes et le chorizo coup\u00e9 en rondelles en enlevant la peau quand l&#8217;huile est bien chaude.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">D\u00e8s que les viandes sont dor\u00e9es, y mettre les oignons press\u00e9s ainsi que les lani\u00e8res de poivron.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Quand le tout a pris de la couleur, ajouter les moules et les langoustines (ou gambas) et les crevettes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Laisser les moules s&#8217;ouvrir et les gambas et crevettes rougir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter alors les tomates en morceaux et m\u00e9langer quand tout est bien revenu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter le riz en pluie en le r\u00e9partissant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement dans le plat puis recouvrir avec le bouillon tr\u00e8s chaud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Laisser cuire le riz 25 \u00e0 30 min environ et ne plus m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Go\u00fbter et s&#8217;il manque du liquide, ajouter du bouillon pour que le riz l&#8217;absorbe bien et continue sa cuisson.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;Ajouter les petits pois ou \u00e9ventuellement des haricots verts ou des artichauts, blanchis pour chacun d&#8217;eux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">D\u00e9corer le plat en arrangeant les gambas ou langoustines plant\u00e9es dans le riz ainsi que les moules.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Couper quelques citrons et les mettre autour du plat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Voil\u00e0 c&#8217;est pr\u00eat ! \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chaque \u00e9t\u00e9 la pa\u00eblla est le plat favoris des vacanciers, aux saveurs de l\u2019Espagne, vous ne passez pas un \u00e9t\u00e9 sans en manger.
