La raclette \u00e9tait d\u00e9gust\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur et le fromage \u00e9tait fondu sur un morceau de pain. <\/span><span class=\"s1\">La m\u00e9thode de la raclette est tr\u00e8s simple : il suffit simplement de racler du fromage fondue en surface.
