La recette authentique de la fondue savoyarde est compos\u00e9e d\u2019abondance, de beaufort et d\u2019emmental de Savoie. Elle est aussi faite avec du vin blanc, de l\u2019ail, de l\u2019eau de vie et bien s\u00fbr de morceaux de pains coup\u00e9s en cube qui seront ensuite \u00e0 tremper dans le fromage fondu. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Avec l\u2019essor des sports d\u2019hiver et du tourisme alpin depuis les ann\u00e9es 1950, la fondue savoyarde est devenue une recette de cuisine populaire en France.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Les origines de la recette des fondues remontent \u00e0 l\u2019Antiquit\u00e9. Avec le temps, les recettes ont chang\u00e9es. Les recettes les plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bres comportent trois fromages : l\u2019emmental, le comt\u00e9 ou encore le beaufort. La fondue savoyarde est devenue un des plats les plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bres en France gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019essor des sports d\u2019hiver et du tourisme dans les ann\u00e9es 50. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Contrairement \u00e0 ce qu\u2019on pense, la fondue savoyarde n\u2019\u00e9tait pas totalement ancr\u00e9e dans la tradition savoyarde. Ce n\u2019est que la partie du Nord, tout pr\u00e8s de la fronti\u00e8re Suisse, o\u00f9 sont n\u00e9es les fondues au fromage, qui connaissait ce plat. Il s\u2019est r\u00e9pandu dans la r\u00e9gion qu\u2019apr\u00e8s la Seconde Guerre Mondiale. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Comment r\u00e9ussir une fondue savoyarde ? <\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Pour faire une <strong>fondue savoyarde<\/strong>, vous aurez besoin de :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">du fromage (abondance, beaufort et emmental de Savoie)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">du vin blanc <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">de la ma\u00efzena <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">du kirsch <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">de la bicarbonate <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol class=\"ol1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Frottez un caquelon \u00e0 fondue avec une <strong>gousse d\u2019ail<\/strong>. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Faites chauffer du <strong>vin blanc<\/strong> et de la <strong>Ma\u00efzena<\/strong> jusqu\u2019\u00e0 fr\u00e9missement. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Ajoutez le<strong> fromage<\/strong> coup\u00e9s en d\u00e9s ou en lamelles et laissez fondre en remuant. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Lorsque le m\u00e9lange est homog\u00e8ne, ajoutez un trait de <strong>kirsch<\/strong> et de la <strong>bicarbonate<\/strong> en tamis \u00e0 travers une passoire. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Poivrez<\/strong> et <strong>salez<\/strong> l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Gardez votre caquelon \u00e0 fondue sur un r\u00e9chaud \u00e0 fondue. Le m\u00e9lange doit rester homog\u00e8ne, semi-liquide, et sans paquets. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Conseil :<\/span> Si votre fondue est trop \u00e9paisse, n\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 ajouter un peu de vin blanc et remuez sans vous arr\u00eater.
