Une sauce aux baies rouges (canneberges et airelles) et une sauce cr\u00e9meuse aux girolles accompagnent le plat. Il se trouve sur tous les menus et \u00e0 toutes les tables du pays, peu importe la saison. C\u2019est un repas particuli\u00e8rement bon pour la sant\u00e9. Ce poisson \u00e0 chair blanche est particuli\u00e8rement d\u00e9licat et ferme \u00e0 la fois. Son foie, ses oeufs ainsi que sa langue sont tr\u00e8s souvent cuisin\u00e9es. L\u2019avantage c\u2019est que ce poisson fait appel \u00e0 votre imagination et talent culinaire.
