Ils sont utilis\u00e9s pour ajouter un peu plus de<strong> texture<\/strong> et de la<strong> couleur<\/strong>. Comme par exemple avec le<strong> fondant chocolat \u00e0 la courgette<\/strong>. Dans une p\u00e2te \u00e0 g\u00e2teau, la courgette apporte une texture beaucoup moins ferme et plus fondante. Comme elle est incorpor\u00e9e toute crue et r\u00e2p\u00e9e dans une p\u00e2te, elle peut enti\u00e8rement remplacer la farine.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">L\u2019automne, le <strong>potiron<\/strong> et le&nbsp;<strong>potimarron<\/strong> sont au coeur de toutes les recettes sal\u00e9es et sucr\u00e9es. Le potiron se marie tr\u00e8s bien avec des desserts afin de r\u00e9v\u00e9ler leur c\u00f4t\u00e9 doucereux. Quant au potiron, sa texture est beaucoup plus farineuse. Ces l\u00e9gumes rapportent beaucoup de couleur. N&#8217;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 proposez des desserts au potiron ou potimarron lors d&#8217;une soir\u00e9e Halloween chez vous ou dans votre restaurant.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Comme son nom l\u2019indique, la <strong>patate douce<\/strong>&nbsp;a un go\u00fbt l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sucr\u00e9.
