Les CAP P\u00e2tissier et Chocolatier-confiseur se font en<strong> apprentissage<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Pour ceux qui souhaitent approfondir leur connaissance et en apprendre plus, il est possible de pr\u00e9parer le <strong>BTM (Brevet Techniques des M\u00e9tiers) chocolatier-confiseur<\/strong> en 2 ans. Il donne la possibilit\u00e9 de s\u2019inscrire au concours du meilleur ouvrier de France. Sinon, l\u2019<strong>Universit\u00e9 du Chocolat et de la Confiserie<\/strong> permet un perfectionnement de qualit\u00e9 pour ceux qui souhaitent approfondir leur apprentissage. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Un chocolatier-confiseur peut travailler dans une usine, un laboratoire ou m\u00eame avoir sa propre chocolaterie. C\u2019est un <strong>m\u00e9tier \u00e9volutif<\/strong>. Dans une usine, on commence par \u00eatre <em>apprenti-chocolatier<\/em>, <em>assistant-chocolatier<\/em> et enfin <em>chocolatier-confiseur<\/em>.
