Ensuite, \u00e9pluchez les \u00e9chalotes et ciselez-les.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Pour pr\u00e9parer le bouillon de volaille, versez 1\/4 de litre d\u2019eau et le cube de bouillon dans une casserole. Faites chauffez et pr\u00e9levez 20 cl de bouillon. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Dans une po\u00eale, faites revenir pendant 5 minutes les morceaux de potiron dans 20g de beurre demi-sel. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Ajoutez les \u00e9chalotes et versez le bouillon de volaille, avec le curcuma, la noix de muscade et un peu de sel. Placez au frais pendant environ 15 minutes. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">D\u00e9coupez ensuite les rectangles de papier aux herbes de la m\u00eame taille que les pav\u00e9s de cabillaud, collez les rectangles sur les pav\u00e9s de cabillaud et d\u00e9collez les feuilles de papier sulfuris\u00e9. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Mettez les pav\u00e9s dans un plat allant au four et laissez les cuire sous le grill du four pendant 10 minutes.
