Pour 100 grammes d\u2019algues, il n\u2019y a que <strong>110 \u00e0 120 calories.<\/strong> Elles sont assez pauvres en lipides et glucides. Elles ont pour fonction de r\u00e9duire et de couper la sensation de faim.
