Allons \u00e0 sa d\u00e9couverte&#8230;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Au Japon, le <strong>riz<\/strong> est tr\u00e8s sacr\u00e9, il est servi \u00e0 tous les repas. Il est&nbsp;souvent servi en accompagnement et se d\u00e9cline de diverses fa\u00e7ons : on peut autant d\u00e9guster un bon bol de riz chaud avec sa soupe miso ou ses sushis le midi mais aussi au go\u00fbter, sous forme de boulettes et petits g\u00e2teaux sal\u00e9s. C\u2019est aussi un repas que beaucoup mangent dans la rue ou lors des festivals. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Les Japonais ont de nombreuses coutumes, surtout par rapport \u00e0 la nourriture qu\u2019ils consid\u00e8rent comme un bien sacr\u00e9. Ils joignent les deux pains, baissent l\u00e9g\u00e8rement en la t\u00eate en pronon\u00e7ant ce mot sacr\u00e9 avant de mettre une bouch\u00e9e dans la bouche. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Les baguettes ne sont jamais plant\u00e9es dans les repas : cela a une signification <strong>n\u00e9gative<\/strong>.
