Pour cela nous vous conseillons un farine riche en gluten 00 ou 45. Cela vous permettra d&#8217;avoir une p\u00e2te a\u00e9r\u00e9e et croustillante.<\/li>\n<li>220g d&#8217;<strong>eau<\/strong>: l&#8217;id\u00e9al serait une eau peu calcaire mais l&#8217;eau du robinet convient parfaitement.<\/li>\n<li>3g de <strong>levure de boulanger s\u00e8che<\/strong>: pas besoin d&#8217;en mettre beaucoup, ce qui est important c&#8217;est le temps de lev\u00e9e de la p\u00e2te.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sel<\/strong> et <strong>sucre<\/strong>: cela vous permettra d&#8217;\u00e9quilibrer le go\u00fbt de la p\u00e2te<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Notre astuce: ajouter de l&#8217;<strong>huile d&#8217;olive<\/strong> pour donner du go\u00fbt \u00e0 votre p\u00e2te.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00c9tape 1<\/strong>:&nbsp;M\u00e9langer la levure avec 100 g d&#8217;eau et 50 g de farine, vous devez laisser fermenter pendant une 30 minutes environ. Aplatir&nbsp;les boules, sur un plan farin\u00e9, \u00e0 la main puis cr\u00e9er un disque.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00c9tape 6<\/strong>: Garnir la pizza avec la garniture ad\u00e9quate.
