Apr\u00e8s une formation, elle ouvre L\u2019Autre Saison, un atelier de confitures et marmelades pr\u00e9par\u00e9s uniquement \u00e0 partir de fruits et l\u00e9gumes de saison.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avec la volont\u00e9 premi\u00e8re de proposer des fabrications de qualit\u00e9, Isabelle fait appel \u00e0 des producteurs locaux de sa r\u00e9gion travaillant dans le secteur du bio. C\u2019est avec pr\u00e9cision que les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res sont choisies pour offrir aux consommateurs des confitures go\u00fbtues et pr\u00e9par\u00e9es lentement.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019Autre Saison vous propose aussi de d\u00e9couvrir une gamme de confits et de chutneys id\u00e9ale pour accompagner les viandes, les poissons, les fromages et les charcuteries. Vous trouverez aussi des gel\u00e9es \u00e0 partager.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Des confections aux saveurs originales&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toujours avec l\u2019envie de surprendre les papilles, Isabelle utilise des ingr\u00e9dients pour le moins inattendus. Des \u00e9pices provenues de la maison Thiercellin, du gingembre ou encore r\u00e9cemment de la bi\u00e8re, chaque apport est finement pens\u00e9. Le r\u00e9sultat est d\u00e9licieux et rend les clients ravis !&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce qui rend ces m\u00e9langes succulents c\u2019est aussi la m\u00e9thode de pr\u00e9paration parfaitement ma\u00eetris\u00e9e. Les confitures sont cuites dans une bassine de cuivre dans l\u2019objectif de garder et de d\u00e9velopper les saveurs jusqu\u2019au bout. Retrouvez dans les pots de confitures une texture lisse agr\u00e9ment\u00e9e de onctueux morceaux de fruits d\u2019origine fran\u00e7aise.
